Who would have thought the 90s are making a comeback? Not us for one, but we are digging the look of chokers paired with bridal gowns for a head-to-toe look that’s instantly chic! While traditional necklaces have their place in the industry, chokers are a style choice that likes to show off – whether simple or big and bold. Check out some of our favorite choker inspiration below!

Are you looking for a way to creatively light up your reception with sleek & moody atmosphere? Ordering a custom neon sign is a unique way to do it! Whether the sign is illuminating your names, your wedding hashtag or just a saying you really adore – a neon sign will turn heads and drop jaws! Hang it up in your home after the festivities are over to keep the memory alive and the room aglow.

If you’re seeking a bright & festive way to spruce up your centerpieces or other floral displays, these citrus vases are just the right amount of darling! This trend brings the perfect mix of bold color and texture to liven up any event. Just be sure to make the proper preparations if you’re pairing your citrus with florals – the acidity of the fruits may shorten the life of your blooms, so make sure to use a liner or talk with your florist on how to best implement the look!

Having previously eloped to the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii – Kimberly & Kara wanted to host a laid back and intimate reception in Omaha for their family & friends. The Elmwood Park Pavilion proved to be just the right spot, and along with the help of some great vendors their reception came together beautifully. It’s a joy to be able to share their images below, captured perfectly by blackbird photographie!

FROM THE BRIDE KARA: Our wedding ceremony was intimate, casual and private with only the two of us. We couldn’t wait for our reception where we could celebrate with our very supportive family and friends. We would best describe the atmosphere of the reception as relaxed – we just wanted everyone to come out and have a good time! We had games, music, a food truck and drinks. My favorite memory from our wedding in Kauai was how absolutely beautiful and private it was. We had the actual ceremony tucked away on the beach under beautiful swaying trees. Everything felt so calm and peaceful. My advice for couples planning their upcoming wedding is to remember that in the midst of everything, don’t forget who this day is actually for.
