Sweet Cakes & Roses
Simple elegance packs a punch, as this pretty confection from Sweet Cakes & Roses proves. Buttercream frosting envelops four layers of amaretto cake with raspberry and buttercream filling, while darker frosting creates the brushstroke effect. Trimmed with edible frosting “pearls” on each layer, the cake is topped with pastel blooms. Amaretto is a customer favorite, along with chocolate fudge and strawberry.
